Direction Home is an established housing consultancy specialising in providing advice, practical help and implementation for all providers of affordable, and particularly intermediate, housing. The three partners of Direction Home have between us over 60 years experience of developing, marketing, and managing many types of low cost home ownership schemes, both those involving new housing development and schemes to help individual customers buy on the open market. We also have experience of intermediate rented schemes, and of schemes involving open market sales.
