Direct Valeting are one of the leading providers of outsourced vehicle preparation services to the UK retail motor industry. Through organic growth we have gone from a moderate sized company to a thriving organisation. Following a buyout by current management in 2004, we have steadily grown into one of the UK’s market leaders, providing a fully managed outsourced valeting service to a nationwide customer base of blue chip motor dealerships. Direction comes from Phil Taylor (Managing Director), Jason Carpenter (Operations Director), Steve Brown (Sales Director) and Mark Duggins (Finance Director). Field operations are marshalled by our Regional Directors - Russell Leigh (East Midlands & Yorkshire), Dave Richardson (West Midlands & South West), Paul Carr (North West) and Richard Farrington (South East). Like the directors they have unrivalled experience in professional valeting, whilst still possessing the necessary drive, energy and determination to make things happen. We have built a significant presence throughout the UK, through word of mouth and a continued focus on delivering the highest quality of service. We have driven customer retention to unprecedented levels. This has been achieved by providing our operational managers with the time and support to focus on delivering a superior service.
