Dmall closed C-round financing of RMB2.8 billion in October 2020, which was jointly led by Xingtou Capital (the private equity arm of Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd), China Structural Reform Fund Co., Ltd., followed by Fujian Hengan Group, Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group, Futian Guiding Fund and Tianya Capital.
