While Doc's bike customers enjoy priority service, it doesn't matter where you bought your bike when it comes to warranty work. We understand people go to other dealers, whether it's impulse or a special sale or that one of a kind bike you just have to have at that exact moment. But, don't let that stop you from coming into Doc's for regular maintenance and aftermarket parts & accessories! Doc's Service Department offers while you wait service for fluid changes, tire changes, and state inspections (fork oil changes do not qualify for same day service). Additional repairs that are required or requested may make the bike unavailable for same day service. Services will be first come, first service. Bikes already in service do not qualify for same day service. Bikes arriving after 2pm or later may not be completed same day, depending on volume of same day drop offs. Appointments will still be accepted for Saturday but it is recommended that appointments be made at least two weeks out because of the popularity of Saturday appointments.
