Document Data Group

Document Data Group was established in 2007 as part of the Resource Telecom Group. In December 2012, Managing Director David Forsyth and fellow Director Justin Longmuir completed a management buyout and Document Data Group had its first month of trading in January 2013 based in East Kilbride. From 2013 onwards the company has went through a rapid growth stage and in April 2015 we opened our state of the art Technology Centre based in Maxim Office Park, Eurocentral. We pride ourselves in providing Print and Document Management Solutions and are fast becoming industry experts for assisting SME's to be fully compliant, secure and efficient with all documentation from initially printing through passing this information throughout the office and secure storage. We are so proud of our latest results for the year ending 2018 some excellent statistics: Now have over 1000 customers UK wide Customer retention of 96% We completed 4000 service calls in 2018 our average fix time (NOT RESPONSE TIME) was 3.1 hours. This is way above industry standard and helps us achieve such high customer retention Turnover has increased year on year 2019 looks set to be another exciting year for the company as in May 2019 we were awarded Lanarkshire Best Business 11-50 employees at the Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards 2019.
