The Doha Debates

The Doha Debates are an initiative of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development - which was founded in 1995 and chaired by her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser. The Foundation believes that people are the greatest resource of a nation and it aims to develop their potential through a network of centres, devoted to progressive education, research and community welfare. Education City, located on the outskirts of Doha, is the Foundation's most ambitious project, hosting branch campuses of some of the world's leading universities, as well as the Rand-Qatar Policy Institute and the Qatar Science and Technology Park.
