We know we offer our customers the best value when it comes to building, hosting and just about everything else they need for a website. We even train our customers how to edit their website or we can do it for them at no charge. With the exception of a political candidate that only needs a website for a short period of time we have never lost a customer. Forcing our customers to sign a contract would undermine the confidence we have in our products. By only requiring a 30 day notice of cancellation our customers can be sure they will always be in control.
