Dominion Development Group, headquartered in Knoxville, TN, is a full service developer, owner and manager of multi-family, senior housing and commercial real estate properties. Dominion's focus is primarily on three distinct business lines: the acquisition, rehab, and repositioning of multi-family properties throughout the Southeast; the development of new multi-family properties throughout the Southeast; and the development of new senior housing facilities under the Dominion Senior Living brand. Dominion also selectively pursues repositioning of commercial assets when there is significant value upside potential.
