3.1 Dominion Technologies will only perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. Dominion Technologies will conduct honest, reasonable and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support but specific results cannot be guaranteed. Dominion Technologies operates under the principles stated above and expects our customers to do the same. 3.2 Computer and network service and/or repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer or network equipment can not be repaired. In these unique cases your equipment will have to be either rebuilt or upgraded. 3.3 The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted.
