Domus Cambria

Founded in 2011, Domus Cambria is an ethical business that aims to develop homes and services commercially, reinvesting its profits in local communities. Domus Cambria is a private Company, limited by shares and is a subsidiary of North Wales Housing. Whilst our principal aim is to build homes for profit, it is important that we do so in an ethical manner. We also recognise the value of creating jobs and investing in our local communities. The first development was Hafan Gogarth, Exclusive apartments for the over 55's on Llandudno's West Shore.
