Our product is major in woven fabric including cotton, cotton poly, cotton nylon, cotton linen, tencel, tencel mixed, modal, modal mixed, viscose, cupra, all kinds of spandex fabric, jacquard and different kinds of functional fabric. There are over 70 sales providing the best service and fastest reaction to customers. We totally have almost 700 staff in mill, including 80 technicians focus on different products. The research and development team with 30 members including three professional designers from Spain, Italy and UK who are based in different countries is aiming at different types of finishing taste. We collect new development fabric of casual and formal of different region per season. Combining with the fashion tendency and the requirement based on the collection, we present the new development to our customer every month. Except the innovation, we also take attention to sustainable development and follow the idea of going green and environment protection. We are working on the BMI project which is organized by Solidaridad. We carried out lots of projects on energy-saving and emission-reduction and was awarded Better Mill Initiative in past two years by Solidaridad and H&M. Also, we have acquired the Oeko-100, OCS, GRS and ISO9001 certificates and are authorized by Walt Disney Company Limited. In 2013, we brought in two Italy MS digital printing machines with daily output 7 thousand meters. In June 2016, we invested Pike single path digital printing machine from Netherlands SPG Group which will be the only one in Asia. Its advantages are highest efficiency and top speed with new technique. It's on the stage of preparation, and will formally put into production at the beginning of 2017. he daily output will be 40 thousand meters. We invested 35 million RMB to build a tencel base combining with research, production and finishing. The daily output reaches about 40 thousand meters with imported advanced continuous enzyme wash machine, jet dyeing machines and aerowash machine. Dongheng's laboratory was both approved by H&M and Chicos. We have two labs to double confirm the accuracy of the test data and send fabric to ITS to do comparision test every two weeks. We keep a long-term cooperation with Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, M&S, NextMango, Guess, Chicos, Express, A&F, Bella Dhal and so on.
