Dongjin Semichem Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer engaged in the provision of advanced microelectronic materials and foaming agents for semiconductors and flat liquid crystal displays (LCDs). The Company’s microelectronic materials include photosensitive chemicals and online monitoring system (OMS) equipment, which are used for the manufacture of semiconductor chips and thin film transistor (TFT)-LCDs. Its foaming agents are organic or inorganic plastic additives used in automobile bumpers, packaging materials, floor materials, foamed wall paper and sports shoes. In addition, the Company produces epoxy molding compounds (EMCs) for encapsulate semiconductors. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the electronic materials and foaming agents accounted for approximately 72% and 28% of the total revenue, respectively.
