Donovan Homes Limited is a Newfoundland Company, locally owned and operated. Our principal activities are in residential land development and new home construction. Presently, we are in the process of developing and building multiple subdivisions in and around the greater St. John's Metropolitan Area. Donovan Homes is the developer of the Soiree Heights Subdivision in Conception Bay South, Donovan Terrace in Paradise, Bristolwood in St. John's, and Mount Carson Terrace in The City of Mount Pearl. The principals and suppliers of Donovan Homes Limited have been associated for many years and have combined industry experience totaling literally in the hundreds of years. Donovan Homes is an active member of the Canadian Home Builders Association - Eastern Newfoundland , the St. John's Board of Trade, the Better Business Bureau, and the Atlantic Home Warranty Program .
