DoRan Seafood is a Seafood Processing Plant and Cold Storage that was founded in 2006 by Don Schwab and Randy Pearce. A partnership not in name only. The Pearce and Schwab families have been engrossed in the seafood scene for multiple generations in Louisiana and the surrounding Gulf Coast. Seeing the current state of seafood processing, they had imagined a better way to serve customers, a way more in tune to the wholesalers that supply many fine restaurants in New Orleans and other cities around the country. Coupled with our desire to provide safe, quality, and cost beneficiary products to our customers, we have grown in our ten plus years of existence facilities that adhere strictly to globally recognized food safety guidelines that can provide exceptional Louisiana, Gulf Coast, and American seafood all around the country all the while continuing to offer the same personalized customer service we have been providing since day one. Today, our executive management Randy Pearce, President, and Jeff Schwab, Director of Operations, continue to shape our company to best provide wild caught American seafood to numerous wholesalers, distributors, grocery store chains, and restaurants nationally with one goal in mind; to offer the best seafood at the best price possible for each and every one of their customers.
