dotConverse was founded in October 2012 in Delhi NCR. It was a 1.5 member team with just one client, a vision and some desperation mixed with brimming confidence to do great work and grow large. It took us a little more than 20 months perhaps to grow to working with more than 12 clients, win an award and grow our earnings by 10 X. We are still small though and perhaps will always remain small in terms of the personalized service, focused and strategic thought-process and camaraderie.
