The agency offers a nine (9) week Anger Management course, facilitated by the Community Service Work Coordinator. This course meets criteria for satisfactory completion of participation in an anger management course, which may be ordered by the City of Lawrence Municipal Court, Douglas County District Court, or the District Attorney's Office. The program is made up of nine (9) individual classes, which generally last one hour, but may last a little longer, depending upon class discussion and participation. Accelerated Six (6) Week Course: In addition, we offer an Accelerated Anger Management course consisting of six (6) individual classes. Each class lasts one (1) hour. There are required fees associated with the classes.
