I have had the experience of working with Dow Services over the past 3 ½ years at American Federal Bank in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The customer service has been just wonderful. Many times I will ask for assistance with additional work orders such as moving office furniture, spot cleaning furniture, cleaning windows and assisting with holiday decorations. The work orders are handled in a very timely and efficient manner. The communication with Dow Services has been outstanding. We are notified in a timely manner whenever there is a change in staff. I have been working in the financial industry in this area for 30 years. Dow Services in a top notch contractor to be affiliated with. I would recommend their services to any organization. The City of West Fargo contracted with Dow Services about three and a half years ago. This was one of the best decisions our staff could have made. We previously tried to do the cleaning in house and it was getting pretty neglected. Since the initial contract, we have added on and remodeled our facility. Two employees of Dow Services currently clean part of each area and do a spectacular job. Both really take pride in their work and our areas are always top notch. We also have Dow Services deliver supplies, which is not only more economical, but also less time consuming. Light bulbs are replaced and windows are washed, just to name a few extras that are done throughout the year. I would highly recommend Dow Services to any organization. Dow does a great job with customer service and is always responsive to our company needs. Their flexibility and willingness to handle any problems that arise makes them a Class A contractor.
