Drake Gold Resources Inc sells its Master lease, Rensma lease and Myers lease to acquire a Net Revenue Interest in another oil producing lease. Drake Gold Resources Inc. (DKGR:OTC) is pleased to announce that it has sold its three aforementioned leases and, simultaneously, acquired a net revenue interest in another oil producing lease located in Venango County. This lease has significantly higher production than the Myers. This sale was performed in concert with Eagle Oil Holding Company Inc. and The Now Corporation who now both have an NRI in the oil producing lease. Eagle Oil has kept its Frank Farm lease whose development will also be the focus of Drake Gold.
