National Drug Disposal
National Drug Disposal was founded in December of 2013 in light of The Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act of 2010 that would take effect in October of 2014. This law would finally give consumers an appropriate avenue for the safe and legal disposal of unused medications including Schedule II-V controlled substances. Our founders recognized that although this would relieve a lot of burdens, it would also place financial burdens on pharmacies for doing the right thing by providing options for their customers and communities. From that point forward, National Drug Disposal set out to create solutions that met or exceeded all legal requirements while simultaneously creating win-win opportunities for all parties involved in solving these problems. After 6 years in business, we're proud to still be a choice provider and ideal solution in the states and communities we serve.
