Daido Sittipol Co.,Ltd. was established in 1996 under Board of Investment promotional privileges. The company, a joint venture between the Sittipol 1919 Co., Ltd. and Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd., Japan, was set-up with the aim to manufacture motocycle chains of international standards for the local market, as imports of these products were causing considerable amount of foreign exchange outflows, adversely affecting the country's balance of trade. January 19, 2000, the company was accredited ISO 9002 quality managementsystem compliance and February 2, 2002 wasaccredited ISO 14001, from RWTuV, theinternationally recognized accredit ationorganization. Besides, the Company implemented ISO 14001 quality management system to its operations for preserve the environment.
