In 1990, Louis Trama joined DSD and today remains the President and CEO overseeing a staff of over 50 employees who are driven by the desire to exceed client expectations and attain long-term client relationships. Gino DiClemente remains active with mentoring staff and reviewing projects, drawing upon his years of experience. While our firm is steeped in tradition, DSD maintains a commitment to innovation in response to program, budget, schedule, sustainability and energy conservation.
