We offer a portfolio of refurbished properties to let in Northamptonshire (Kettering, Corby, Gretton, Rothwell) and a house in Rutland (Uppingham), Bristol, Leeds, and Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Whilst we sometimes use Letting agents to 'find' tenants for us we manage the properties ourselves. This means that our tenants not only do not have to pay expensive Administration Charges before they move in but they also benefit from having landlords with a very hands-on approach to maintenance. We take great care in renovating/modernising our properties and obviously want to ensure that we maintain the upkeep of our properties once the tenant has moved in.
