Duesseldorf

Landeshauptstadt Duesseldorf is the capital city of North Rhine-Westphalia and is the seventh most populous city in Germany. They are known for its academy of fine arts, influence on electronic/experimental music, and its Japanese community. In 2012, Duesseldorf was ranked as the 6th most livable city in the world.
