Dugan Truck Line
Dugan Truck Line was originally started in 1960 with one man and one truck. In the beginning, John E. Dugan's service area consisted of a handful of Kansas towns, including Maize, Colwich, Andale, Mt. Hope and Bentley. After deregulation the truck line grew to a mid-west carrier, covering cities from as far north as Chicago and as far south as Dallas. Dugan Truck Line sold to TNT in 1988. The Dugan name became once again available in 2005. In 2006, two of the sons of the original Dugan, Glenn P. Dugan and John W. Dugan, started Dugan Truck Line once again with one truck. The company has now grown to be a regional carrier, with terminals in St. Louis, Springfield, Kansas City, Wichita, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Dallas. In addition we have agent terminals located in Chicago, Omaha, San Antonio, and Houston while providing the same Legendary LTL service that was once known across the Midwest.
