This system documents the entire process from the initial inquiry, to permit processing, to job completion. This allows each customer the opportunity to receive valuable information on the status of his or her project even if a sales representative is unavailable. Duncan Seawall is aware of the liability concerns of its customers and therefore carries the federally mandated insurance (USL&H, Jones Act) specific to all work done on, or near, navigable waterways. The coverage from these special insurance policies protects the customer from liability due to an injured worker on his or her property.
