Dunshee Body
Dunshee Body & Frame was created in 1973 by Dick Dunshee. He moved the business to the current location in May 1979. In 1990, the business was purchased by Ken and Sherrie Draayer. With Ken's vision for the business and commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality repairs, the company's reputation as a leader in the industry has continued to grow. In 1997, Ken expanded the facility to its current size. He not only added square footage and the newest technology, he also added a clean and comfortable customer waiting area. Along with the facility additions, Ken also assembled an experienced office staff to be able to handle the increasing amount of work flow. In October 2004, Ken was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away in January 2006. While fighting his illness, Ken was able to share his vision for the business with Sherrie and his employees, making the transition as easy as possible. Dunshee continues to carry on his commitment to high quality repairs and superior customer service. Currently Dunshee Body & Frame employs 28 people and most of the employees have been with the company for an average of 10 years or more, this helps maintain the high level of service Dunshee has come to be known for. Our technicians are involved with ongoing training through I-car, and our management team attends seminars and training relating to new trends and technology in the industry. These factors contribute to Dunshee Body & Frame being one of the premiere repair shops recommended throughout southwest Michigan.
