Durapanel Housing has been supplying custom made modular houses and fully constructed homes since 1994. Both into the Pacific Islands and throughout New Zealand. Including multiple houses and a Rest Home into the Winton/ Invercargill area. Multiple houses, into Queenstown, Nelson and the Christchurch area. Houses and multi-unit student accommodation into Dunedin. Multiple houses into Kaikora, Napier, Wellington, Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton, Katikati, Masterton, New Plymouth and the Far North. Durapanel Housing is committed to high-tech production using computerised cutting equipment and CAD/CAM software. Durapanel Housing has invested in High Tech CNC machinery cutting panels to very fine tolerances; this equipment allows for all of the cutting, drilling, power supply trenching to be done in the factory, not on site. This fact cuts the on-site labour requirements dramatically. Durapanel Housingprovides innovation by constant research & development of our product. In the last several years, we have improved panel fixing techniques. We have designed floor systems that save many hours on site and have developed ways of utilising waste off-cuts as internal doors and robe shelving. We are constantly looking to make improvements to our products. SUSTAINABILITY is an important factor to Durapanel Housing. Triboard is an environmentally friendly product that is strong, saves construction time and is available throughout New Zealand. It is produced locally from the Aupouri Forest, which was planted as a way to prevent erosion of the sand dunes, eventually becoming a large commercial forest. Triboard is engineered from 100% sustainable NZ Radiata pine and is made in accordance with strict quality and environmental standards (ISO, FSC).
