This coverage creates a clear competitive advantage and your property becomes much more attractive to potential renters or buyers. Additionally, we maintain strict control of our service contractors which leads to the quickest response time in the industry. Upon receiving a claim, authorized, licensed & uniformed technicians are immediately scheduled for service. Service calls include all parts and labor required to repair or replace the covered item regardless of how often service is needed. Only a modest $65 service call fee is due at the time of service.
