Dynamo Healthcare Training (DHCT) is a specialist provider only supporting the healthcare sectors. We offer a wide range of accredited, non-accredited and bespoke courses to support workforce development and quality provision. We also provide a free recruitment service to aid the sectors and match employers to potential employees. Please view our programmes offered here. Our primary aim is to support young people to commence careers through apprenticeships, we match them to employers and apprenticeship opportunities, provide regular training, support and career progression information. We had 100% timely success in 2015 with excellent feedback from learners with all progressing to full time positions or higher education after their apprenticeships. Dynamo Healthcare Training Academy (DHCTA) will be opening its gates in Sept 16. Based in Pool, Cornwall it will offer 16-18 year olds the opportunity to prepare specifically for a role in healthcare. With roles available in Clinical Health, Medical Reception and Social Care young people will be matched to employers for intensive work placements before commencing their paid Apprenticeship.
