The company was founded under Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1084. Sky Logistics Services LLP has been the founder of "Euro-Asia Air" JSC since November 8, 2017. "Euro-Asia Air" JSC is the largest helicopter air company in Kazakhstan. The use of helicopters and aircraft in the economy of Kazakhstan (large territory, difficult terrain, lack of developed transport infrastructure and difficult climatic conditions) allows to solve the problem of servicing the oil and gas industry of the Republic and transportation of passengers to hard-to-reach areas.
