East Alabama Mental Health Center provides prevention services to children and adults to enhance the development of healthy life management skills. The goal of our Substance Abuse Prevention and Environmental Services programs are to promote a community environment in which individuals, families, schools, and work places take action to promote emotional health and reduce the likelihood of mental illnesses, substance abuse, tobacco use, and suicide.
