We ship to and service our systems anywhere in the world. We have systems working in England, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Canada, Trinidad, and Malta, as well in the United States. With high speed internet, international phone service and shipments by Fed Ex, we can service our systems anywhere in the world, in 3 to 6 days. You can't usually get a local dealer to fix a problem that quick. Our Foreign customers e-mail us if they have a problem giving us their phone number. We call them and do whatever is necessary to get their system working again. Even South African customers can receive a replacement part in 3 to 6 days. Our systems use rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries, which with reasonable care should deliver 5 years of service. N.M.H. batteries are our choice because they don't have histories of causing fires while being charged or if they become damaged. N.M.H. batteries are Eco friendly and do not require hazard disposal procedures. Our systems have long factory warranties and after the original new product warranty is at end and almost all our systems users, do use our extended warranty plan to extend their warranty period from year to year. In the USA, if a customer calls us with a problem early in our work day, (before 11 am pacific time) one of our technicians will speak with the user, and they will isolate the problem with a series of questions and answers, that tells our technicians which part of the system is malfunctioning. Usually it will be in the pump module simply because that is where most of the electronics, mechanical and pneumatic parts are housed and controlled. We then ship another fresh pump module by express mail overnight and even if the customer is on the east coast with us on the west coast, the very next afternoon before 3 o'clock pm guaranteed delivery, our customer has another pump and is a happy camper, all in less than 24 hours (1 day Express Mail Service is not available in some remote areas of the U.S., in these remote areas 2 day service is guaranteed.). Our systems can prevent a total Quad from acquiring pressure sores for as long as 13 years, that's how long we have been in this business.
