For those who does not know me, I am a lawyer and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000, with more than 15 years of experience in the legal consultancy field and dispute resolution matters. My legal expertise includes field such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Merger & Acquisitions, Contracts Law and Labour Law. I have acquired an extensive experience in the dispute resolution field, assisting numerous clients before the Romanian courts of law, at all level of jurisdiction and throughout the country. n the last 5-6 years of my career I have also developed a strong practice in the field of tax matters and tax litigation field by working for two international consultancy firms present in Romania, Delloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Ernst & Young ,focusing on assisting the clients during throughout the entire tax procedure, starting with the tax inspection and ending before the specialized administrative and tax courts. During 2011-2015 I have actively participated in the public discussion for the amendment of the Tax Procedure Code held as a part of the public debate process over the new legislative acts, attending, as part of AmCham group for tax procedure matters, the meeting with the representatives of the Ministry of Public Finance and of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, regarding various proposal for amending the Tax Procedure Code. In the years 2014-2015 I have coordinated the AmCham group for tax procedure matters taking part in the debates of parliamentary commission that prepared the New Tax Procedure Code.
