Silver Leaf Farms is the leader in hydroponic and outdoor organic vegetable production in New Mexico. Currently, SLF has over 12 acres of field production as well as over 20k/sq of controlled environment agriculture. Silver Leaf Farms is looking to hire two new farm crew members to join our growing team. We're looking for positive, hard-working people. As the seasons change, so do the responsibilities, so team members need to have a strong ability to multi-task, ability to change plans quickly, and working farm knowledge. Skills should include: seeding, harvesting, transplanting, sorting and grading, basic understanding of plant physiology and biology. Previous growing experience is preferred.
