The Eat Sleep Cycle community starts in our Girona home, where all are welcome to join our club, social events & rides. We're busy making cycling accessible to the unconverted, running women's only rides & helping to develop Girona as a cycling destination, both for visitors & the local community. Our cycling tours are completely flexible, guaranteed to run and are scheduled for the time of year offering the best weather and quietest roads.
