Eban Capital
Eban Capital Limited was registered in 2013 to spearhead cash management, financial services, and consultancy as well as investment advisory services. The company is owned and managed by seasoned Bankers, IT experts, Risk Managers and Entrepreneurs. We use financial inclusion to change the paradigm of joblessness amongst the teeming youth of Ghana in particular and Africa in general. Having assessed the challenges facing the economy and ever-increasing wave of youth unemployment, coupled with the revenue potentials, Eban Capital has developed plans, programs and strategies to comprehensively deal with the challenges. Our technology partners have a system and program that will utilize the energies of the Ghanaian youth to solve the myth surrounding the governments' inability to broaden and collect taxes from all relevant sectors of the economy there by depending heavily only on existing tax payers who are over-burdened. Eban Capital Limited has collaborated with The Youth employment Agency to reduce youth employment drastically by creating jobs for the youths across the length and breadth of the Nation because "the youth" can present a significant threat to social structure and political stability if they do not secure a job. As part of this collaboration, we envisage to recruit over 100,000 of Ghanaian youths in all categories of our services. The Youth Employment Agency will promote revenue collection for Government Agencies and Departments as well as interested private businesses. Our method of revenue collection will create a database of Ghanaians eligible for paying taxes but are unable to do so due to lack of appropriate systems and platforms. This category includes masons, carpenters, properties owners, Landlords and tenants across all districts as demarcated on our electoral maps. The youth will collect outstanding financial requirements like taxes, license fees, etc from the public in a consistent and timely manner. Vision: To be the leader in the Provision of Youth Employment in Africa through collaboration with public and private sector institutions. Mission: Create jobs for the unemployed youth in Ghana and other Africa Markets through Cash Management Services, Revenue Collection and drive Financial Inclusion.
