eBITS
eBITS is a rapidly growing, privately-held company located in Springfield, Virginia. Over the past ten years we have won contracts from both Government and private industry. Most of our growth has been through continuing business from satisfied customers and through our relationship with large federal prime contractors. eBITS has a proven track record with the General Service Administration: We have been delivering services to federal and local governments for more than eight years through our GSA IT Schedule 70 contract. We received the highest rating from GSA in 2007. GSA has extended our contract until 2013. eBITS joint venture, Alliant Solutions Partner LLC , which was awarded the new Alliant SB contract. We are committed to providing GSA excellent support for the next ten years using this GWAC. eBITS held a GSA STARS contract for three years in five functional areas. eBITS provided services to GSA's Region 10 office through an IDIQ contract from 2001 to 2004. Since 1999, eBITS has won several contracts with District of Columbia (DC). We continue to assist DCWASA in the areas of Asset Management, GIS, Database administration and help desk support. We have been awarded repeat work from DCWASA due to the delivery of quality services and successful implementations of the following systems: Lead Emergency Call Center Automated Meter Reading system Several Customer Information Systems eBITS is a subcontractor to several large prime contractors for the following efforts: We are supporting the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise System Development (ESD) IDIQ contract in the areas of design, development, and maintenance of Medicare systems. We have developed several systems for the Department of Housing and Urban to support Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insurance programs. We supported the Department of Energy GIS system We are presently supporting HUD in its efforts to reach customers with important notifications. We have remained strongly committed to best practices from the industry. In 2003 we were certified for ISO 9001:2000. In 2001, we started implementing and practicing the processes from the Software Engineering Institute, and we were assessed at Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 in 2005. We are continuing to keep our process improvement commitment by implementing ITIL standards and IS 17779. We provide our customers with project managers who are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
