With 85 (and growing), be assured that we should have something you'll like but we will continue to research and develop new styles for your expanding interest. Should your interest steer more toward winemaking, our staff is also well trained in the art of winemaking. We stock the best quality 4-weeks wine available - namely Grand Cru, Island Mist , Vino del Vida and Vintner's Reserve. We highly recommend these kits and they will live up to and exceed your expectations. They are ready to bottle, ready to drink in 30 days from the time you start a batch and it will have a shelf life of up to 2 years. Additionally we stock the 6-week wines of Cellar Classics , Cru Select Platinum , Selection Premium, Selection International and Selection Estates. These 15 and 16 liter kits produce a richer, fuller bodied wine. We no longer stock the products of Alexander's Concentrates or Wine Art but we can get these items for you in less than a week, giving you the complete flexibility to make long-term wines that will compare to quality boutique wines. By the way, the same equipment used in making beer can be used to make these wines. We limit the scope of our products to only those that meet or exceed our expectation of workmanship, value and consistent quality. Speaking of value, we keep our prices as low as possible. If we don't use and/or recommend a product, we simply won't stock it. Our suppliers, are just as dedicated to quality as we are.
