Eclipse is a service focused organisation; we are not a product sales led organisation. Our goal is to establish long term business relationships with all of our clients. In order to achieve this, we work hard to understand our client's business, the challenges they face and their plans for the future. This means building relationships at all levels within the respective organisations with our directors, consulting, support and administrative staff. As a result of this approach, our very first client when the company was established in 1987, Greenpeace, is still working with us today. We use the solutions that we provide to our clients internally to manage our own business operations. We believe that this is a unique approach which enables us to fully understand from a user perspective, the pros, cons and challenges that our clients face when implementing and working with these solutions.
