SuiteWorld is the flagship user conference designed specifically for NetSuite customers, partners and developers. SuiteWorld 2012 came to San Francisco May 14-17, bringing together the full strength of the NetSuite Nation ecosystem to learn and explore, network face to face, and help shape the next evolution of cloud computing service. NetSuite is the world's leading provider of cloud-based business management software. NetSuite helps companies manage core business processes with a single, fully integrated system covering ERP/financials, CRM, ecommerce, inventory and more. EcoBox has been a user of Netsuite since 2006. Netsuite has enabled EcoBox to grow it's brick and mortar sales and online sales substantially in the past several years. Netsuite also gives its' customers a 360degree view of order history, frequently ordered items, truck arrival times, open estimates and the ability to pay bills directly thru the website. EcoBox has created a unique "Customer Center" for each customer to view only information relevant to their account. "Customers love the ability to order boxes at 2:00am, pay a bill, or review an estimate wherever and whenever they want", explains Dale Malone Managing Partner. "Netsuite even shows local customers the estimated arrival time (plus minus 30minutes) of their delivery in real time as our drivers update their schedule. Even UPS and FedEx can't offer that level of visibility" comments Malone.
