The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission is the regulatory body for the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market (ECSM). The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission is responsible for the protection of investors in securities, by regulating the securities market, exchanges, persons engaged in securities business and the public issue of securities. Its primary functions are to maintain the integrity of the ECSM; protect investors; promote market efficiency; and facilitate market development.
