EDEX Information Systems was founded by our CEO, Christopher Floyd, after a career in law enforcement in the San Francisco bay area. Mr. Floyd led in the design and implementation of new computer-aided dispatching systems for his agency. His programming background, combined with training in computer forensics, high-tech crimes and identity theft ultimately led him to form EDEX Information Systems in August, 2000. Originally known as EDEX Express, our products were the first Internet-based EDEX applications.
