Emirates Driving Institute

Emirates Driving Institute is the largest and the most successful Driving Institute in Dubai and the Middle East and has been in operation since 1991. Around 250,000 students have acquired their driving licenses from EDI since then. It has a fleet of over 1000 vehicles in different vehicle categories such as Light Motor Vehicle (LMV), Heavy Bus (HVB), Heavy Truck (HVT), Shovel, Forklift, and Motor Cycles. EDI has over 1000 qualified Male and Female Instructors of different nationalities who can instruct the students in their primary language making it easier for them to take their driver training. The driving tuition standards are set at International levels and our driving tuition methods are continuously updated to make use of the latest driving techniques. The newly established division of Emirates Driving Institute is known as the Emirates Advanced Driving that caters to Post License Training Course. It offers Defensive Driving, Desert Driving, Expat orientation and Refresher Courses in this Division. The Courses are at best 'Western' standards, fully approved and accredited by International learned organizations. EDI has also initiated the first Disabled Driver Training Programme in Dubai for people who are unable to drive using foot pedals.
