Eenhoorn has been able to score perfect or near perfect scores on all its compliance audits since becoming involved in the affordable housing management field. Eenhoorn's management of student properties continues to grow with the ever expanding colleges and universities. A key to success at student properties is flexibility to adapt with the wave of trends; marketing is a critical element in the process. Eenhoorn assists properties with marketing strategy, development of material and implementation of the plan. The Eenhoorn support team is directly involved with the constant evolution of the marketing process from new websites, ads and brochures to seminars, remodeling of clubhouses and employee training.
