Eesti Maavara OÜ, founded in 2001, is an enterprise based 100% on Estonian capital dealing with different solutions of forest and arable land. The enterprise's main activity is to purchase forest and arable land and manage them in a sustainable way. In addition we deal with the rental and renewal of arable land on a smaller scale, and the compilation of forest management plans and planting work. We cooperate with the biggest forest management and agricultural groups in Estonia and Scandinavia every day and guarantee the landowners that when they sell to us, the immovable is in safe hands in the future. Efficiency, speed, reliability and professionalism are the words to characterise us. Specialists with long-term experience work in our enterprise and know how to take clients' wishes into account and find a solution to any challenge. Eesti Maavara is a part of a group of three enterprises. The group includes also Forest Capital OÜ and Apell Kinnisvara OÜ. The aim of Forest Capital OÜ is to procure forest immovables with medium and long-term perspective. The task of Apell Kinnisvara is to sell farm houses purchased together with forest and arable land and operate at the real estate market generally.
