Education Facilities

The Education Facilities Company Limited (EFCL) is a dynamic, fast-paced project management organization set up by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to manage school construction and repair projects on behalf of the Ministry of Education. EFCL also provides furnishings and equipment for educational institutions and manages the annual textbook rental programme. EFCL is a Special Purpose State Enterprise (SPSE) and is registered under the Companies Act.
