Starting from knowing/understanding the pain of the customer, delighting them with quality research... work, presenting minimalistic yet powerful notes about the solutions available and finally making sure that the customer is absolutely comfortable, excited and happy about the blueprint/skeleton of the solution to be engineered. Only after these phases are done right, we start the actual engineering. By having these critical touchpoints with the customer sorted right, we have a clever estimate of the work to be done in terms of time, cost, complexity and quality. Because we are a lean, agile and a no bullshit team, at the end of every sprint, the customer enjoys a vertical slice of the actual software with us keeping our feedback portal continuously open, listening to every little feeling and take actions on them and by this way we build & deploy really good softwares.
