eFounders

eFounders is a Startup Foundry focusing on SaaS and marketplace models for SMBs. eFounders is a large shareholder in its projects and often even the majority shareholder. We are web enthusiasts dedicated to several projects with a large skill set; project development, strategy, business modeling, internationalization, web development and design, all of which are necessary to launch innovative projects successfully. We are not an investment fund nor a club of business angels nor an incubator nor a group of mentors/consultants; rather, real co-founders of the projects we support and develop. We immerse ourselves in each of our projects, maintaining constant contact with the teams, bringing them what they need through each step of development. We supplement the team of young entrepreneurs by bringing them our expertise, skills and access to our network. What Do We Do? We do everything it takes to enable a project to take off. We give each project extensive logistical but also personal support on different aspects of the business like shaping strategy, pricing, design, establishing marketing, developing the most efficient channels of traffic acquisition, human resources, selection and deployment of various technology and, of course, internationalization. We are not investors, so we are not looking to finance projects that are already up an running. We are quite selective as only the best projects are worth our time. We launch the chosen projects either internally with a homogeneous and skillful team or as co-founders of an existing team that accurately presented their idea but moreover showed their skill set that we can complete with our own. What Do We Believe? We believe that, for a project to be viable on the internet today, it's necessary to put together all of the necessary ingredients to ensure success: a simple idea that is both ambitious and scalable, a talented team, and international-oriented vision, plenty of work, an efficient project and strong visibility. We focus specifically on the SaaS services or marketplaces dedicated to small and medium size business. We see a very high potential for value creation in this segment of the market that represents hundreds of thousands of companies. The internet is used daily by SMBs who for we can supply useful online tools of high value, adapted to their size and buying power.
