EGGsist provided the British Chamber of Commerce in China with a first class website and customer relationship management system. They were able to incorporate all of our bespoke and sometimes quite complex requirements, whilst keeping within a clearly defined budget. The end result was a system that was highly user friendly and at the same time able to manage the multifaceted set of relationships that we needed it to. The customer service we received from EGGsist was exceptional, ensuring the delivery to time and budget of all projects they delivered for us and the continued smooth running of the systems they provided. When problems did arise, largely due to China specific issues beyond their control, the EGGsist team would go out of their way to ensure that they were resolved as quickly as possible.
