One would be hard pressed to find a client or candidate that says that they have traditionally enjoyed the search experience. Having worked in some of the worlds largest and most prestigious executive search/talent advisory firms, our lessons learned were the springboard for furthering innovation. After all, with countless industries being reinvented through tech-led thinking and business acumen why not talent acquisition? From day one, asking "Why? has been a defining part of our DNA. However, change only happens when you have the courage and creativity to ask "How?"
